You will lead cross-functional collaboration, leverage ERP/EMR systems, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations for regional leadership. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Audit resident acuity and care level assessments against financial documentation; confirm assessments drive accurate billing.
• Quantify revenue impact: care billed too low represents leakage; billed too high risks compliance and collections.
• Identify patterns—outliers among assessors, drift in communities, and which acuity tiers drive margin sensitivity.
• Model relationship between assessments and actual cost to serve.
• Track pricing tiers vs. cost drivers; assess margin impact of pricing changes.
• Provide complete care management support to optimize occupancy, rate integrity, and revenue performance.
• Analyze total revenue by independent living, assisted living, memory care, respite, and ancillary care streams to maximize profitability.
• Lead weekly revenue strategy meetings to review care performance and pricing strategy.
