Job summary

A staffing solutions provider in Biñan, Laguna is seeking a Finance Analyst to conduct product costing and cost structure analysis. Key responsibilities include budgeting support and improving costing processes. An ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, has 5 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing, and possesses strong analytical skills. The role is 100% onsite, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Location: Biñan, Laguna

Work Setup: 100% Onsite

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Product costing & cost structure analysis
  • Cost performance, variance, and margin analysis
  • Partner with manufacturing/operations on cost drivers
  • Technical deep-dives into costing models
  • Support budgeting & forecasting (manufacturing focus)
  • Improve costing processes & controls

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5 to10 years of relevant experience (Mandatory)
  • Manufacturing industry background is required
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems; Infor LN experience is a strong advantage.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with high attention to detail.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Strong cost & management accounting background
  • Hands-on experience with BOMs, routings, overhead allocations
  • Analytical skills must interpret & explain financial/operational data
  • Can clearly communicate costing concepts to non-finance stakeholders

Nice to Have:

  • ERP experience (SAP, Oracle costing modules)
  • Cost optimization project experience
  • Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma
