PERSOL is seeking an experienced Finance professional to manage fixed asset accounting, including capitalisation, asset records, and SAP data maintenance. You will support ERP implementations and data migration efforts while ensuring accuracy and compliance across month-end processes.

The role requires hands-on SAP experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to liaise with stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel and a collaborative, fast-paced approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in fixed asset accounting including capitalisation and asset register maintenance.
• Hands-on SAP experience is required.
• Exposure to ERP implementation, data migration, and UAT testing is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Support fixed asset accounting activities: capitalisation, asset records, and asset register updates.
• Create and maintain asset master data and project records in SAP.
• Perform fixed asset verification and maintain supporting docs.
• Assist with asset transfers, disposals, reconciliations, and accuracy of records.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on fixed asset policies and capitalisation requirements.
