McDonald’s Philippines (Golden Arches Development Corporation) is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee the monthly close, consolidation, and financial governance across franchises and joint ventures. You will drive accuracy, controls, and timely reporting to support strategic decisions.

You will lead a team of finance professionals, collaborate with franchisees and cross-functional partners, ensure tax compliance, and manage external audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is an advantage.
• At least 5+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience in franchising, retail, or QSR environments.
• Strong background in financial reporting, taxation, compliance, internal controls, and audit management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, financial systems, ERP platforms, and Power BI.
• Proven leadership experience with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads monthly financial close and consolidation of results from sub-franchisees and joint ventures, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Strengthens financial controls and governance to uphold compliance with standards and regulations.
• Oversees franchisee billing, collections, and payment processing activities with Treasury and banking partners.
• Analyzes financial performance and key metrics to support strategic decision-making and process improvements.
• Serves as the lead for external audits, tax audits, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Manages a team of finance professionals and collaborates with franchisees and cross‑functional teams.
