A leading company seeks a qualified accountant to manage comprehensive financial tasks including maintaining accounts and liaising with auditors. Candidates should possess a degree in Accountancy or Finance, ACCA qualification is a plus, along with 3-7 years of experience. This role involves critical financial analysis and reporting, ensuring the financial integrity of the organization.
JOB PURPOSE
To provide a comprehensive service in the areas of accounting, taxation and audit liaison, analysis of monthly/yearly results, forecasting, budgeting and planning whilst maintaining complete financial integrity.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Required to maintain full set of accounts, month end closing, monthly reporting, year-end closing and year-end reporting
• Prepare monthly audit BS schedules and finalise yearly audit report
• Handle yearly corporate income tax queries
• Monthly Cash flow management
• Analyze financial position of the company on monthly basis
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, tax and other professionals
• Other Ad-hoc duties as requested by Finance manager
JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE)
• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or Finance with relevant qualification from Professional Accounting Bodies such as ACCA
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Minimum 3-7 years relevant experience
