• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Prepare and analyze monthly project budgets and financial reports to support decision-making
• Monitor financial performance and identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Operational Monitoring: understand daily business operations
• Monitor, verify, and evaluate operating expenses and cost structures for efficiency
• Business Partnering: collaborate with business and operations teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization
• Provide financial support to facilitate business planning and operational decisions
• Strategic & Performance Analysis: provide insights and strategic recommendations to senior management
• Conduct analyses of industry revenue performance, market positioning, and project results
• Management Reporting: participate in weekly financial reporting sessions with the CFO
• Support monthly budget reviews and financial performance meetings
• Prepare and present financial analysis and reports to stakeholders
• Audit & Compliance: support audits and internal control initiatives
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reporting processes
• Month-End Closing & Financial Control: handle closing procedures and reconciliations

About The Role

Our Finance Center is a shared services unit that supports the growth and development of our group's internal startups and business entities across various industries, including sports media, game development, hospitality, payment gateways, and other emerging business sectors.

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to evaluate business performance, drive financial efficiency, and provide actionable insights to senior management. This role will work closely with business and operations teams to support strategic decision-making, optimize cost structures, and strengthen financial controls and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Prepare and analyze monthly project budgets, financial reports, and budget variance analyses to support business and management decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance and identify key financial trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
• Operational Monitoring
• Develop an in-depth understanding of daily business operations.
• Monitor, verify, and evaluate operating expenses and cost structures to ensure financial reasonableness and efficiency.
• Business Partnering
• Collaborate closely with business and operations teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Provide financial support and insights to facilitate business planning and operational decisions.
• Strategic & Performance Analysis
• Analyze financial and operational data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Conduct both high-level and operational-level analyses of industry revenue performance, market positioning, and project operating results.
• Management Reporting
• Participate in weekly financial reporting sessions with the CFO.
• Support monthly budget reviews and financial performance meetings with the management team.
• Prepare and present financial analysis and reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Audit & Compliance
• Support internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and internal control initiatives.
