Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, management, or internal audit.
• 2–3 years of relevant auditing, field audit, compliance, investigation, inventory control experience.
• Experience leading or supervising an audit team is preferred.
• Experience in retail, distribution, warehouse, or multi-branch operations is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of audit principles, internal controls, inventory management, and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and report preparation.
• Willing to conduct frequent fieldwork and travel to different branches.
• Willing to work extended hours when required by business or investigation needs.

Aufgaben

• Lead and conduct regular and special field audits of stores, branches, warehouses, and other locations.
• Perform on-site verification of inventory, cash handling, documentation, and compliance with policies.
• Review and validate audit reports before submission.
• Investigate discrepancies and determine factual findings.
• Coordinate with Store Operations, HR, Finance and Management on unresolved concerns.
• Prepare consolidated audit summaries and reports for Management.
• Escalate high-risk findings as needed.
