Qualifications

• 4–8 years of proven FF&E experience, ideally within hospitality or commercial design.
• Strong command of materials, finishes, furniture manufacturing, lighting, and decorative elements.
• Proficiency in FF&E sourcing, specification, and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead FF&E concept development including storylines and design narratives.
• Develop comprehensive FF&E specifications, schedules, budgets, and procurement packages.
• Manage FF&E deliverables, schedules, budgets, and documentation throughout all project phases.
