Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking a qualified professional to renew our talent acquisition and onboarding processes while contributing to semiconductor failure analysis initiatives. The role involves coordinating full FA activities on product FA and manufacturing lots, performing gap analyses, evaluating new machines, and developing new methods to improve efficiency and reliability.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in electronics or microelectronics, at least 5 years in semiconductors,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical, Microelectronics, Materials, or Chemical.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Semiconductor industry, preferably in Failure Analysis.
  • Experience with FA techniques and equipment (Non-Destructive, Sample Prep, Physical, Chemical, Electrical, Fault Isolation).

Responsibilities

  • Manage full FA activities on product FA (operational and engineering), Mav lots, CI lots.
  • Lead gap analysis and new machine evaluation and new method development
  • Interface with product division, manage recipe transfer activity

YOUR ROLE

You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process.

  • Manage full FA activities on product FA (operational and engineering), Mav lots, CI lots.
  • Lead gap analysis and new machine evaluation and new method development
  • Interface with product division, manage recipe transfer activity
Key Competencies
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with Background in Electronics, Electrical, Microelectronics, Materials, or Chemical
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Semiconductor industry, preferably in Failure Analysis
  • Strong knowledge on FA techniques & equipment (Non-Destructive, Sample Prep, Physical, Chemical, Electrical, Fault Isolation)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to lead and participate in internal and customer facing meetings.
  • Highly proficient in preparing and delivering presentations.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
