What you'll do:

• Drive Operational Excellence: Lead the seamless delivery of all Soft Services, ensuring exceptional standards and efficiency.

• Develop Strategic Frameworks: Create essential Site Field Manuals for all Soft Services and implement robust Vendor Performance Management programs to optimize service delivery.

What you'll bring:

• A minimum of 7 years of work experience in the Hospitality, Property, or Facilities Industry, with at least 3 years at a supervisory level.

• A License or Non-License Property/Facility Management professional designation.

• Residency near BGC Taguig or a willingness to commute within a 1-hour travel time to the client site.

• Exceptional customer-facing and communication skills to build strong relationships and deliver outstanding service.

• Excellent computer literacy and reporting skills to manage data, track performance, and provide insightful reports.

• Solid knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety best practices to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
