Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains building electrical system, heating and cooling equipment.
• Performs maintenance or carpentry on doors, floors, docks, overhead doors, roof downspouts and racks.
• Performs preventative maintenance on material handling and production equipment.
• Completes required maintenance task reports.
• Responds to security alarm calls as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
