Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Senior Event Production Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, brand activations, and campaigns in Makati. You will lead the production team, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure flawless delivery from pre-production to post-event.

This hybrid role requires strong communication, organization, and leadership skills, plus proven experience managing multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication Arts, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in event production, activations, or a similar industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• At least two (2) years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, make sound decisions under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns.
• Lead the production team while managing project schedules, budgets, and overall resource allocation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, venues, and talents to ensure seamless event delivery from pre-production to post-event.
• Monitor project progress, address operational challenges, and maintain high standards of execution.
• Work closely with account management and creative teams to ensure concepts are practical and executed as intended.
