Job summary

E-Vantage Motors Inc. in Mandaluyong is hiring an experienced Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair EVs, hybrids, and conventional vehicles. You will perform preventive maintenance, use OEM software and scanners, and ensure adherence to dealership quality standards.

You will also mentor junior technicians, coordinate with Service Advisors, and maintain accurate service records while staying updated on the latest automotive technologies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years experience as an automotive technician in a dealership or similar environment.
• Strong experience in both EV systems and conventional vehicles (gasoline/diesel engines).
• Certified or trained in EV high-voltage systems is an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of automotive diagnostics, electronics, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of EVs, ICE, and hybrid systems.
• Handle complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs across vehicle models.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, servicing, and inspections following manufacturer standards.
• Safely manage high-voltage EV systems and components when applicable.
• Utilize diagnostic tools, OEM scanners, and software for fault detection.
• Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance on technical issues.
