Job summary

Fujitsu Philippines is seeking a Senior ETL Developer to design, build, and optimize data integration pipelines across critical business systems. You will ensure data quality, performance, and operational stability while collaborating with Data Engineers and Reporting teams.

You will mentor junior ETL developers, support release management, and contribute to scalable, reliable data solutions within a dynamic, globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of ETL experience required.
• Senior ETL Developer responsible for design, development, and optimization.
• Strong SQL, data warehousing and data modeling skills.
• Experience with SSIS or Informatica is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows and integration solutions.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of ETL failures and data issues.
• Review and approve ETL remediation approaches.
• Optimize ETL jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement ETL enhancements and medium-complexity changes.
• Create and maintain technical designs, mappings, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and Reporting teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior ETL developers.
• Support release management, testing, and production deployments.
