Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corp. seeks an experienced Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance Technician to support our Palm Bay, Florida facility.

The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance of electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment in a Class 1 cleanroom, with focus on Etch toolsets including Axcelis Fusion, Semitool SST/SRD, and manual wet benches. You will work compressed weeks: 3 days 7am–7pm, alternating with 4 days; both day and night shifts are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting AMAT Centura 5200 MxP, AMAT 8330/8110, AMAT P5000 MxP, Gasonics Aura 1000, Gasonics Iridia, STS HRM Bosch Trench Etcher.
• Minimum 5 years in a semiconductor-manufacturing environment with at least 10 years in Equipment Maintenance.
• Strong mechanical skills and strong electronic skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving ability.
• Knowledge of SPC and its use in manufacturing environments.
