Job summary

OpenText in Manila seeks an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in EDI and Oracle NetSuite to design, implement, and support integrations between EDI platforms and NetSuite.

The role blends solution design with requirements analysis, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders across order management, procurement, fulfillment, invoicing, and finance processes, with 100% onsite at RCBC Plaza, Makati.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with EDI integrations and standards such as ANSI X12 and/or EDIFACT.
• Solid functional and technical knowledge of Oracle NetSuite ERP.
• Experience integrating EDI platforms, middleware, or external trading partner systems with NetSuite.
• Understanding of APIs, REST/SOAP web services, data mapping, transformation, and integration troubleshooting.
• Experience with NetSuite integration technologies such as SuiteTalk, REST Web Services, and related SuiteCloud capabilities.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end integration ownership across NetSuite, EDI, and connected business applications.

We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Oracle NetSuite, particularly in designing, implementing, and supporting integrations between EDI platforms and NetSuite.

The ideal candidate combines technical integration capability with a solid understanding of business processes, translating functional requirements into scalable integration solutions across order management, procurement, fulfillment, invoicing, and other supply chain or finance processes.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Strong hands-on experience with EDI integrations, including common transaction flows and standards such as ANSI X12 and/or EDIFACT
• Solid functional and technical knowledge of Oracle NetSuite ERP
• Experience integrating EDI platforms, middleware, or external trading partner systems with NetSuite
• Understanding of APIs, REST/SOAP web services, data mapping, transformation, and integration troubleshooting
• Experience with NetSuite integration technologies such as SuiteTalk, REST Web Services, and related SuiteCloud capabilities. NetSuite supports standards-based integration through REST and SOAP web services as well as middleware-based integration approaches.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders to understand processes, identify integration requirements, and translate them into effective technical solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in resolving data, transaction, and system integration issues
• Open to working on any shifts across APJ, EMEA, and the Americas, and 100% onsite in our office, RCBC Plaza, Makati City.
