Job summary

DTCC is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Governance and Reporting team within Enterprise Services. You will lead high-priority projects, conduct data analysis, oversee risk reporting, and provide informed recommendations to strengthen business intelligence and risk mitigation.

This role emphasizes project management within a defined framework, collaboration across teams, and the delivery of timely, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor organizational health, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Monitor risk incident data and enhance overall risk environment.
• Recommend and implement tools to enable self-driven data decisions while partnering with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to track audit progress, findings, and resolutions.
• Lead and participate in team-impacting projects to drive operational excellence.
• Train team members to ensure consistent execution and reduce risks.
