We are hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the team responsible for internal tools and systems that power our operations. This is not a client-facing role: you’ll lead and grow one of FullSuite’s core engineering teams, building the platform for human-in-the-loop (HITL) computing at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow a team of experienced software engineers building foundational tools and infrastructure.

• Lead technical planning and architecture discussions; review code and provide technical guidance; build PoCs and prototypes when necessary to set the technical direction for your team.

• Establish and improve internal processes for building, testing, and deploying software.

• Partner with product and operations teams to translate internal needs into technical solutions.

• Drive hiring and interviewing efforts to build a world-class, globally-distributed engineering organization.

• Foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and accountability.

• Strong programming skills in several modern programming languages, such as Python, C++, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Rust, Java, Kotlin, Ruby, or C#.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Strong, principled opinions about the role of AI in software development.
  

What You’ll Bring

• Education & Experience in: BS in Computer Science/Computer Engineering + 10 years of software experience (including 3+ years in management); OR MS in Computer Science/Computer Engineering + 5 years (including 2+ years in management); OR Equivalent education/work experience.

• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams and delivering complex software systems.

• Strong technical background with the ability to go arbitrarily deep on problems when necessary.

• End-to-end knowledge of full-stack development processes, distributed systems, and modern software engineering practices.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), DevOps workflows (CI/CD, containerization, observability), and data systems (Airflow, dbt, Kafka, Snowflake, BigQuery).
