Job summary

Capgemini Mexico City is seeking a Senior Engineering/Developer Lead to guide teams through the full development life cycle and act as a full-stack SME. You will specialize in Micro-services, APIs, front-end technologies, and cloud-based applications.

You will collaborate with global engineering experts to align technical implementation, drive automation and DevSecOps adoption, and ensure delivery across business and IT stakeholders with a focus on resilience and continuity.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years' experience in financial/banking systems.
• At least 10 years in Micro-Services/API development and web apps.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Hands-on full-stack experience with RESTful API Java development and HTML/ReactJS/AngularJS.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of Development Specialists through the full development life cycle.
• Serve as full-stack SME for Micro-services/API, front-end tech, and cloud-based apps.
• Collaborate with global engineering SMEs to align technical implementations.
• Drive automation adoption toward DevSecOps and ensure service resilience.
• End-to-end accountability for delivery and coordinate across teams.
