Job summary

Launch Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Engineer - Developer Relations & Advocacy to redefine the developer experience from the inside out. This is a hands-on, senior IC role where you'll build tools, automation, and systems to help developers discover, adopt, and use internal platforms.

You will work across the stack (CI/CD, infrastructure, services, apps) to identify gaps, improve onboarding, and drive platform adoption while prioritizing usability and accessibility for real-world

We are looking for a Senior Engineer - Developer Relations & Advocacy to redefine the developer experience from the inside out. This is a hands-on, senior IC role where you'll build tools, automation, and systems that make it easier for developers to discover, adopt, and use internal platforms.

What you'll do:

• Build developer-facing tooling, automation, and documentation systems
• Shape and evolve the Developer Handbook into a fully integrated platform
• Improve onboarding, workflows, and platform adoption across teams
• Work across the stack (CI/CD, infrastructure, services, apps) to identify and fix gaps
• Drive usability, accessibility, and real-world developer experience

We're looking for:

• Strong full-stack engineer with platform & developer tooling experience
• Passion for usability and developer experience
• Someone who identifies friction and takes ownership to solve it
• Experience building documentation, onboarding flows, or internal tools

Nice-To-Have: Experience with Backstage, AI tooling, accessibility, or developer portals
