AFRY Management Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead complex analyses and manage project teams across energy sector engagements. You will define analytical approaches, draw key messages, and communicate them to clients via presentations and written reports.

Responsibilities include supervising Analysts, supporting business development, and delivering high-quality client work in a global, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Senior Consultants typically have >5 years in energy/management consulting.
• Experience in electricity and/or gas market analysis and modelling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or Engineering.
• Fluency in English; other languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects, meet client expectations and ensure profitability.
• Undertake complex quantitative and qualitative analysis; supervise others.
• Prepare proposals and sales material; sell additional services.
• Balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to process improvement and new business opportunities.
• Interact with client project managers to build trust.
• Write and deliver clear reports and presentations in English.
• Guide and monitor work of Analysts and Consultants.
