JPMorganChase in Manila is seeking a Testing Senior Associate to drive end-to-end testing for the IMOS program. The role focuses on manual testing, STLC involvement, and contributing to a large-scale transformation across multiple products and lines.

You will manage test scope, traceability, defects, and test plans while collaborating with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure smooth releases.

Competenze

• UAT or test management experience across projects.
• Manual testing across end-to-end processes.
• Experience with requirements traceability and coverage-driven testing.
• Experience managing defects and coordinating resolution with multiple stakeholders.
• Domain knowledge in securities trade processing, fixed income, or derivatives (listed/OTC).
• Project lifecycle experience from planning through implementation.
• Clear, effective communication skills (written and verbal).

Mansioni

• Define and plan the testing scope for each release.
• Maintain requirements traceability and prepare test matrices.
• Define acceptance criteria and entry/exit criteria for testing and implementation phases.
• Manage the defect management process from logging through triage, retest, and closure.
• Identify blockers, risks, and mitigation plans across the testing lifecycle.
• Own and maintain the test plan and delivery timelines.
• Complete impact assessments for change and plan execution accordingly.
• Partner with stakeholders to define a fit-for-purpose test strategy for large programs.
• Execute end-to-end testing and support business implementation activities.
• Assess requirements and process flows for completeness and testability.
