Job summary

Senior Embedded Software Engineer (C/ C++)

As a Software Engineer for the Embedded Software team located in Makati City, Philippines, you will participate in design, code and tests of products (cards operating system) ensuring quality, efficiency and confidentiality of development. The development performed should be done according to priorities and objectives defined by the Project Leader. And provide support to field team and customer, field problem analysis.

A week in the life of a Software Engineer:

Understand, analyze and challenge requirement in respect of our customer.

Design, coding, unit test, bug fixing, and optimize.

Cross validation of other modules from the colleagues, challenge his/her design by your use case design.

Track the bugs in system.

Co-work with other teams, locally or remotely, to have the project successfully.

Improve the process as you can.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

To succeed at this job, you must have: experience with Assembly, C/C++, Java and VB.Net.

It would be preferred if you have embedded software development, card operating system, or smart card experience.

You must be fluent in English and should have good communication skills (both verbal and written).

We would like someone to join our team who is analytical and logical in solution making, autonomous, a team-player in a diverse environment, a strong communicator, able to propose solutions, energetic, innovative and has high tolerance of stress.

You must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Automation or Electronics Engineering.

We are looking for someone with at least 7-10 years of experience in a full-time position within an embedded software development field.

You must be able to travel domestically up to 5% of the time for trainings, customer briefings and support.
