Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a passionate Embedded Software Engineer to join the IOT R&D Team in Cebu for AY2025/2026. You will design, develop, deploy and maintain embedded software for IoT/Smart valve solutions, collaborating with hardware and cloud components.

Responsibilities include PCBA test jig development, agile delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and on-site team leadership. Strong C/C++ experience, RTOS, MCUs and network protocols are essential; fluent English is required.

Qualifications

Experience in embedded software design and SDLC practices.
Proficient in C/C++.
Experience with RTOS and MCU peripherals.
Knowledge of communication/network protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, TCP/IP, MQTT, TLS).
IoT protocol exposure (LoRa, NB-IoT etc.).
Board bring-up and hardware-software interfacing for prototypes.
Electronics knowledge and ability to read schematics/PCBA layouts.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
People/team management experience.

Responsibilities

Work in agile delivery environments; ensure timely, cost-effective, high-quality results.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project targets.
Lead on-site team and manage personnel.
