Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Lead Integration Project Manager to independently deliver complex projects within the Software, Hardware and Power Systems programme in Metro Manila, Philippines. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, manage the project lifecycle, and ensure technical risks are identified and mitigated. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and a solid understanding of embedded software and hardware development.

The successful candidate should have a First Degree in Engineering or equivalent, with at least 3 years of project management experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Project and Teams, is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in high-technology engineering.
• Ability to independently deliver complex engineering projects.
• Experience coaching or guiding junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver complex projects in the SWHW&PS domain.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.
• Own the project budget and CAPEX requirements.
• Ensure project KPI reporting is accurate.
