Job summary

Power Structure Solutions is seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineer to lead design and analysis for transmission and power infrastructure projects. You will prepare calculations, load flow studies, and technical reports, and review drawings and specifications.

You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate with civil/structural teams, and engage in client discussions. The role emphasizes compliance with standards, planning, and timely delivery in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; licensed engineer preferred.
• 3–4 years of experience in electrical design for transmission or power infra.
• Strong knowledge of power systems and transmission line design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, ETAP, and MS Excel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and analysis of electrical systems for transmission and power infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and review electrical calculations, load flow studies, and technical reports.
• Develop and check detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with local and international electrical standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Coordinate with civil/structural engineers, drafters, and project managers.
• Participate in client meetings and technical discussions when required.
• Support project planning, quality control, and timely delivery of outputs.
