Job summary

SYSTRA in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development and delivery of electrical engineering solutions for Power, Lighting, Small Power and ELV systems across diverse projects.

You will guide calculations, reviews, and documentation to ensure compliance with PNS, NEC, IEEE, and NFPA, while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• PEE or Master’s degree is an advantage for senior roles.
• Demonstrated leadership in Electrical Engineering teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design and calculations to ensure safety, functionality and code compliance.
• Review ELV systems design (fire alarm, BMS, access control) and ensure integration.
• Ensure compliance with PNS, NEC, IEEE, NFPA and related standards.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Provide regular progress reports to management and ensure timely deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and drafters to build technical capability and QA/QC.
• Provide construction/commissioning support as needed.
