Job summary

Deployed Philippines Inc. seeks an experienced Estimator for electrical LV switchboards and switchrooms, responsible for initial CAD designs and BOMs, tender preparation, and client-facing proposals.

You will collaborate with engineering and sales, manage pre- and post-tender negotiations, and support project delivery with CAD drafting and document control, based in Metro Manila onsite.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience estimating electrical switchboards, panelboards, or LV systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and CAD drafting for technical layout designs.
• Highly competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and related estimation software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a keen eye for technical detail.
• Flexible team player who can collaborate with engineering and sales teams to meet tender deadlines.

What You'll Do

• Design & Estimation: Create initial CAD designs and detailed Bills of Materials (BOM) tailored to project requirements.

• Tenders & Proposals: Prepare, draft, and submit competitive quotes and formal tenders.

• Negotiation & Closing: Lead pre- and post-tender negotiations to secure contract wins.

• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong ongoing partnerships with existing clients while driving business growth across new market sectors.

• Drafting & Project Support: Combine hands-on CAD drafting with end-to-end project management support to ensure smooth project delivery.

What We're Looking For

Work Arrangement

Fully On-site | Monday to Friday | 6:00am to 7:00am PHT flexible start
