Job summary

Dow India in Navi Mumbai, India, is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist to design, optimize, and test supply chain networks across the end-to-end value chain. You will leverage analytical tools and ERP platforms to drive efficiency and align with business goals.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in supply chain, operations or related process improvement roles.
• University degree in supply chain management, business, engineering or a related field.
• APICS and/or Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP and analytics/reporting tools (Power BI, Python) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize and test supply chain and end-to-end network scenarios using analytical and optimization tools.
• Drive adoption of ERP and internal supply planning platforms like SAP and MEIO.
• Own model assumptions, constraints and business rules to align with objectives.
• Identify and balance trade-offs across inventory, sourcing, production, logistics and service levels.
• Support or lead supply chain infrastructure design and optimization (distribution networks, warehouses, plants, outsourcing).
• Identify, lead and deliver cost-to-serve, productivity and service improvement initiatives across the end-to-end value chain.
• Develop, analyze and track meaningful metrics and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, compelling business storytelling to influence stakeholders.
