Job summary

IFace Inc. leads the creative direction for e‑commerce visuals across marketplaces, social platforms, and campaigns to maximize conversion. You will define visual standards, oversee production, and guide a design team through fast-paced launches.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in graphic design, 2–3 years in leadership, and strong proficiency with Adobe suite, Figma, and Canva. Experience in retail/beauty or consumer brands is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant design/marketing field.
• 5–7 years of graphic design experience, with 2–3 years in leadership roles.
• Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, retail, or consumer brands preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Canva.
• Basic video editing/motion graphics and AI-assisted design are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Develop overall creative direction; establish visual standards; ensure brand consistency; develop conversion-focused concepts.
• Lead creative development for mega campaigns, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
• Produce key visuals, banners, thumbnails, infographics, landing pages, digital ads, and promotional materials.
• Oversee creative execution across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop; optimize assets for platform requirements and campaign goals.
• Lead the design team; assign projects; review outputs; coach designers; monitor KPIs and timelines.
• Use data to improve effectiveness and conduct A/B testing on images, layouts, messaging, and CTAs.
• Ensure brand guidelines, product information accuracy, pricing, and platform specs.
• Maintain production calendar, resources, timelines, and approvals.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends and new presentation formats.
• Manage external designers, agencies, photographers, and production partners.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field
