Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Drafting & Shop Drawing Specialist in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The role is hybrid with a day shift and focuses on tender estimates, take-offs, and AutoCAD drawings for walls and piers.

You will prepare detailed BOQs, use Excel templates, and draft tender letters, coordinating with the project director. Fluent English and proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office are required; tertiary qualification preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English via verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Project.
• Experience with PDF editors and AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
• Tertiary qualification preferred for drafting/engineering roles.

Responsibilities

• Compile tender estimates and prepare detailed take-offs for walls and related elements.
• Create material orders and detailed BOQs using Excel templates.
• Produce AutoCAD drawings showing pile, wall details and grid spacing for project teams.
• Draft tender letters and coordinate with project director for approvals.
