Qualifications

• 4-5 years of development experience with Python
• Experience with relational DBs (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Cassandra/DynamoDB)
• Hands-on with cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP, Azure preferred)
• Experience with deployment/orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm)
• Experience with event-driven tech (Kafka, SQS, Spark)
• Previous startup experience or entrepreneurial background a plus
• Experience in fintech and retail systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver stability of core platforms with high availability.
• Scale infrastructure to support large transaction volumes.
• Design, code, and develop new features and fix bugs for large-scale services.
• Reduce tech debt and evolve architecture for scalability.
• Mentor junior team members and produce high-quality documentation.
