Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking an experienced Distribution Coordinator, Senior to support distribution and theater logistics across the Indo-Pacific. You will lead distribution operations, coordinate multimodal movements, and ensure accountable delivery of mission-critical resources to support government and program needs.

The role requires 8+ years in distribution/logistics for DoD, strong leadership, and experience with logistics information systems and cross-agency collaboration.

Qualifications

• Eight years of distribution management experience in DoD or related programs.
• Experience coordinating multimodal transportation and theater distribution.
• Proven ability to lead logistics personnel and manage cross-agency teams.
• Experience with logistics information systems and cargo accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead distribution personnel and daily operations to meet mission requirements.
• Direct movement of supplies through ports, airfields, warehouses and bases.
• Coordinate multimodal transport across air, sea, and land networks.
• Monitor shipment status and schedule adherence.
• Collaborate with government and host nation agencies to resolve issues.
• Review distribution schedules and resource allocation.
• Maintain cargo visibility across the distribution lifecycle.
• Support RSOI activities and distribution planning.
• Produce distribution reports and executive briefings.
• Manage contingency distribution for humanitarian and surge operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and SOPs.
• Maintain distribution documentation and cargo manifests.
• Coach and develop logistics personnel and promote standard processes.
• Balance workload, risks, and continuous process improvement.
