VA Masters seeks a strategic Head of Operations & Systems to optimize infrastructure and scale performance. This remote role involves leading planning sessions, developing KPI frameworks, and fostering collaboration across departments. Role Overview
We’re seeking a strategic and systems-minded Head of Operations & Systems to lead infrastructure optimization, align execution with organizational vision, and scale performance across departments. This executive-level remote position is ideal for a process-driven leader who is deeply familiar with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and experienced in growing remote-first businesses. You’ll be the backbone of our operations—turning strategic goals into measurable action and enhancing team-wide productivity.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead quarterly and annual planning sessions to unify company goals and departmental direction
* Translate high-level vision into specific quarterly initiatives, KPIs, and milestones for each team
* Facilitate weekly Level 10 meetings to ensure accountability, track progress, and remove blockers
* Keep teams aligned with the broader company strategy and near-term objectives
* Build and manage KPI frameworks to assess performance and maintain operational health
* Develop real-time dashboards that enable leadership to make informed, data-backed decisions
* Create and maintain standardized processes to enable repeatability and scale
* Spot workflow inefficiencies and implement system upgrades or automations to resolve them
* Work with leadership to optimize team structure and place the right people in the right roles
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations to build a top-performing team
* Foster cross-team collaboration between marketing, operations, sales, and tech departments
* Design and implement scalable SOPs and systems to support company growth
* Deploy effective remote-work practices and systems for a global workforce
* Maximize productivity through optimized use of tools such as Asana, Slack, GHL, and other automations
Mandatory Skills & Requirements
* Demonstrated success scaling operations in a remote business from 7 to 8 figures
* Deep hands-on knowledge of EOS, including the VTO and Level 10 meeting framework
* Proficient in KPI strategy, operational reporting, and performance optimization
* Strong experience in project management, team operations, and systems thinking
* Advanced knowledge of automation tools and scalable infrastructure design
Preferred Skills
* Industry experience in wellness, education, or community-based brands
* Solid understanding of budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost efficiency
* Prior involvement with fast-scaling digital-first teams or startups
