Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in business administration, finance, or related fields.
• At least 12 years of combined professional financial and emerging markets experience in the private sector.
• International experience in several countries and strong credit/valuation analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead direct equity investments and advise on private sector transactions.
• Manage key accounts and oversee covenant compliance, reviews, and exit proposals.
• Monitor portfolio health, risk, and development impact across regions.
• Lead negotiations with investee companies, sponsors, and co-investors.
• Coordinate governance, risk, and development impact programs with PSTS.
