Job summary

Asian Development Bank in Manila seeks an Associate Investment Officer to support direct equity investments across processing and portfolio stages. Based at the Headquarters, you will work with OPSD-EIU in PSOD and report to international staff as applicable.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, economics or finance, at least five years of experience in banking or investments, and excellent English communication. ADB offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics or finance with advanced training preferred.
• At least 5 years of work experience, preferably in a bank or similar financial institution.
• Experience negotiating, structuring and managing equity investments desirable.

Responsibilities

• Origination and processing of direct equity investments with structuring advice.
• Valuations, pre-IPO pricing, bidding strategies and due diligence support.
• Knowledge management and development of briefs, manuals and seminars.
• Administrative planning and interdepartmental coordination.
