Job summary

Navitaire is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams delivering digital and data platform projects, APIs, and integrations. You will ensure on-time, within-scope delivery, with a strong focus on customer value and collaboration.

The role involves governance, risk management, and clear stakeholder communication, applying Agile practices and using Power BI for analytics. The position is hybrid with 2–3 days onsite in Taguig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years in project management or related roles.
• Experience with Agile and traditional PM approaches.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams of 5+.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery across digital and data platforms, APIs, and integrations.
• Support multiple teams, facilitating collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Apply Agile (iterative) practices to promote adaptability, transparency, and team empowerment.
• Forecast project duration using velocity and backlog, re-plan as velocity evolves.
• Schedule and facilitate iteration planning, review, and retrospective events.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
• Lead risk management, dependencies, and change control processes.
• Use Power BI for analytics and performance reporting.
• Coordinate planning, review, and retrospective sessions to promote learning.
• Assist in preparing work orders, scope docs, and maintaining project records.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to align expectations and outcomes.
• Balance multiple priorities while supporting quality, progress, and innovation.
