Job summary

ntegrity is seeking a senior digital project manager for a fully remote role, ideally based in Malaysia or the Philippines, aligned to Melbourne time. You will coordinate multiple campaigns, manage resources, and ensure profitability while engaging with stakeholders and clients across a fast-paced agency environment.

You will lead planning, execution, and delivery across social, video, web and digital performance campaigns, ensuring high standards and structured workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project and resource management in a digital/creative agency.
• Ability to manage multi-channel campaigns from concept to delivery.
• Strong written and spoken English with stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, deadline-driven work style with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects and allocate resources with the squad; adjust schedules as needed.
• Oversee project setup, deadlines, risks, and meetings to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage client communication, meetings, minutes, and deliverables within budget.
• Set billing milestones, track invoices, and monitor progress for profitability.
• Contribute to process improvements and develop reusable templates.
