Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to independently plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing activities across a portfolio of financial services brands. This hands-on role focuses on strategy, campaign build, reporting, and continuous optimisation in a fully remote setup.

The ideal candidate will drive paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and emerging channels while ensuring compliance with financial services guidelines and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing across paid media, SEO and email.
• Experience marketing financial services products with regulatory awareness.
• Strong understanding of modern online marketing concepts and platform changes.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve content, optimization, analysis.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, SEO tools, and email platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across search, social and programmatic.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies including on-page and technical improvements.
• Design, build, and manage email campaigns and lifecycle sequences.
• Identify and test emerging channels and AI-driven opportunities.
• Ensure brand governance and compliance across campaigns.
