Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Manager, Digital Forensics & Incident Response Investigator to lead investigations of cyber incidents, oversee evidence collection, and coordinate with IT, security, legal, and external partners.

You will develop response plans, preserve digital evidence, perform forensic analysis, and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, with opportunities for growth within the FinTech/security functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee investigations of cyber incidents and data breaches.
• Develop investigation plans and strategies for evidence collection and analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders during investigations.
• Identify, collect, and preserve digital evidence per protocols.
• Create forensic images of digital devices and storage media.
• Maintain chain of custody for evidence.
• Analyze digital evidence for file history, user activity, and network traffic.
• Apply disk imaging, memory analysis, and network forensics.
• Reconstruct events and timelines from artifacts.
• Participate in or lead incident response for major cyber incidents.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to mitigate threats.
• Develop and maintain incident response plans and protocols.
• Prepare detailed investigation reports.
• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide expert testimony when required.
• Stay updated on trends in digital forensics and cybersecurity.
• Implement new forensic technologies to enhance capabilities.
• Conduct training sessions for the team and other departments.
