Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in financial crime detection or AML compliance.
• At least 3+ years in leadership overseeing a monitoring or surveillance team.
• Experience with high-risk areas like OSAEC, human trafficking, or gambling/compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize the unit's operating model, workflows, and metrics.
• Design real-time monitoring indicators to detect child exploitation financial flows and ensure swift triage.
• Establish monitoring rules for illegal gambling and high-velocity payments.
• Oversee investigations and filing of STRs with quality reporting.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to reduce false positives via ML and behavioral analysis.
• Liaise with forensics and law enforcement during inquiries or regulatory escalations.
