Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead modernization, governance, and scaling of our developer tooling platform. You will plan migrations to SaaS, secure pipelines, and build resilient infra with Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.

The role requires deep hands‑on experience with GitHub Actions at scale, strong Linux skills, and proficiency in Python or Go, plus solid English communication. Healthcare benefits and international project exposure offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in DevOps/Platform Engineering with a platform focus.
• Advanced, enterprise‑scale GitHub Actions experience.
• Experience migrating major tooling to SaaS environments.
• Strong Linux administration and scripting skills.
• Proficient in YAML for pipelines and automation.

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and scale GitHub Actions at enterprise level including runners.
• Design secure CI/CD architectures aligned with security standards.
• Use Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes to automate and scale environments.
• Plan migrations of tooling from on‑prem to SaaS with phased rollout.
• Manage Artifactory, repositories, and access controls.
• Enforce security best practices across pipelines and tooling.
• Administer SonarQube/SonarCloud and define Quality Gates.
• Configure Dependabot across ecosystems and manage dependencies.
• Remediate vulnerabilities identified in dependency tooling.
