Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. seeks an experienced Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at the Rosario, Cavite site.

The role focuses on early involvement in NPI product design, process development, and quality improvement across design and manufacturing teams. Responsibilities include tackling manufacturability issues, RCCA actions, new process development, DoE deployment, and updating QP procedures with lessons learned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing, DFM, or electronic product manufacturing processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with SMT, wave soldering, and PCBA development.
• Proven experience in process design, development, and manufacturing improvement initiatives.
• Ability to analyze and leverage data to drive decisions and improve manufacturing outcomes.
• Experience in a fast-changing manufacturing environment and strong communication skills.
• This is a full-time onsite position reporting to the Rosario, Cavite site.

Responsibilities

• Involve early in critical NPI product design and development with QA and manufacturing teams.
• Provide technical support for design teams and factories on manufacturability and RCCA/Preventive actions.
• Develop new processes/technology to meet quality requirements and establish process planning.
• Implement DoE to prove effectiveness of new processes or solutions.
• Update procedures with lessons learned to avoid reoccurrence.
• Collaborate with Component Engineering on new component introductions.
• Align and standardize DFM requirements across sites and factories.
