Job summary

LIXIL INTERNATIONAL is seeking a Demand Management professional to own core forecasting processes, collect market insights, and maintain forecast files for SAP uploads. You will analyze SKU-level forecasts, lead review meetings with marketing for launches, and closely coordinate with Supply and OMT on updates to ensure alignment with inventory targets.

The role requires 3-5 years in Demand Management and SAP experience, with a degree in a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in Demand Management.

Responsibilities

• Key Process Owner of the Demand Management process.
• Collection of market insights for forecast baseline preparation.
• Maintenance of forecast files, RDD Summary Report, SOIP Files including update of formulas and masterdata.
• Perform SKU-level forecast analysis for all brands.
• Lead NPD forecast review meetings with marketing for product launches and market programs.
• Lead Demand Review Meetings and Project RDD Review Meetings.
• Collaborate with Supply Team and OMT on RDD update execution.
• Provide weekly KPI updates and take actions to meet targets.
• Provide ad hoc Demand analysis and requests.
• Review and maintain ABC and SS category files with masterdata updates.
• Upload Forecast for SAP and coordinate with Supply on forecast constraints and SOIP adjustments.
• Provide ad hoc forecast analyses for regional counterparts.
• Work with SOIP Leader on Demand adjustments to support Inventory Optimization Target.
• Track Demand updates for special cases like project orders and key customer deliveries.

Key Process Owner of the Demand Management process

Collection of market insights for forecast baseline preparation

Maintenance of forecast files, RDD Summary Report, SOIP Files (including update of formula, maintenance of file masterdata, other source files, code alternative/replacements)

Perform SKU level forecast analysis for all brands

Lead NPD forecast review meetings with marketing team for product launches and other Market Programs

Lead Demand Review Meetings and Project RDD Review Meetings

Closely work with Supply Team and OMT on RDD update execution

Provide Weekly KPI updates and perform necessary actions to meet target

Provide ad hoc Demand analysis and request

Review and maintenance of ABC category file (including masterdata update request)

Review and maintenance of SS review and update (including masterdata update request)

Uploading of Forecast for SAP

Closely collaborate with Supply on any forecast constraint and adjustments needed on the SOIP data to reflect special SOIP adjustment requests

Provide Adhoc forecast analysis for regional counterpart

Closely work with SOIP Leader on Demand adjustments strategy to ensure forecast supports the Inventory Optimization Target (DIO target)

Tracking of Demand updates for special cases (Project advance orders, Key Customer adjustment deliveries)

Provide pre forecast updates to SOIP Leader before Regional meetings and Executive SOIP Reviews

Perform APO Statistical Forecast Clean-up for Grohe Brand

Continuously improve current tools and files to fit potential improvements

Provide weekly updates on SCM internal meetings in relation to demand performance and risks.

Lead FCA presentation results for PHL market (including maintenance of dashboard and analysis of results for both distribution Channels)
