The Citco Group Limited is seeking a data engineering/BI specialist in Manila to design and optimize data pipelines, build dashboards, and support analytics across loan servicing data. The role emphasizes SQL, Python, ETL, and cloud integration with Azure/AWS.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust data solutions, leverage BI tools, and contribute to scalable data architecture in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in financial services/fintech with loans/credit focus preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of SQL and/or Python experience required.
• Strong knowledge of data concepts and RDMS (MS SQL Server, Oracle).
• Experience with BI and data warehousing concepts and tooling.
• Strong SQL skills, data modelling, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on with ETL tools and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute database queries and analyses.
• Create scripts to analyze and modify data; import/export; stored procedures.
• Model data with SQL/Python for dashboards and data integration.
• Build robust end-to-end data pipelines and data lakes.
• Design/modify relational schemas for analytics and data warehousing.
• Develop APIs to improve data integration pipelines.
• Prepare data cleaning, normalization, deduplication tasks.
• ETL data from multiple sources; ensure data quality.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations with tech solutions.
• Create Power BI/QLIK reports and dashboards; embed analytics.
