Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform (IaC).
• Proven expertise in Databricks, Python, PySpark, and modern data warehouse solutions.
• Experience developing microservices using Python or TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and enterprise data integrations, including SharePoint Online and Excel-based data sources.
• Familiarity with Power BI, DAX, REST APIs, Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage effectively with senior leaders in a global environment.
• Relevant certifications in Azure, Databricks, DevOps, Scrum, or Secure Coding are an advantage.
