Job summary

Careernet is seeking a Senior System Analyst to collaborate with users and analysts to shape system requirements and address complex problems. The role includes leading data migration efforts and integrating with procurement systems to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

The position requires experience in CMS or similar procurement platforms, strong documentation skills, and the ability to translate high-level needs into actionable functional specs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting or related discipline; ten (10) years in a senior system analyst role; five (5) years in data migration/integration; extensive experience with Oracle ERP and procurement or financial apps; excellent English communication; familiarity with SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Define system requirements with users and business analysts; lead data migration strategy and integration work.
• Document business and data architecture and process flows; create user stories and requirements.
• Analyze procurement and financial systems; conduct data mapping for migration and integration.
• Write and review requirements specifications; participate in peer reviews and testing.
• Guide business users and service desk on procurement system functionalities; support production issues.
• Collaborate with developers and IT teams to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
