• Manages applications business development and account management teams to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversees end-to-end service delivery, meeting account objectives for applications services on large accounts.
• Develops and monitors budgets and forecasts to achieve revenue, cost, margin and operating income targets.
• Maintains client satisfaction by addressing needs, ensuring contract compliance and building long-term strategies.
• Collaborates on growth strategies within existing accounts to increase revenue and market share.
• Allocates appropriate resources (shared, on-site, off-site, offshore) to meet client needs.
• Leads hiring, training, and performance evaluations to maintain team capabilities and budgets.
• Prepares operating and personnel budgets and monitors adherence.
