Job summary

Arcadis in Manila seeks an experienced architectural leader to oversee large data center projects from feasibility to handover. You will guide site planning, layouts, envelope and security zoning while coordinating with MEP/CSA disciplines and construction teams.

You will mentor design professionals, manage technical trade-offs, and engage with hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise clients to align on availability targets and design gates.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Experience delivering mission-critical / data center facilities is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural technical leadership for large, complex data center projects from feasibility to construction administration.
• Lead architectural teams delivering data center design packages including site planning and envelope performance.
• Coordinate with MEP/CSA disciplines, contractors, and commissioning teams to ensure on-time delivery.
