Job summary

Datacom in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking a Senior Data & Analytics Consultant/Engineer to lead the design and delivery of data platforms and BI solutions. The role requires engaging with stakeholders, building scalable pipelines, and owning Snowflake objects and Airflow workflows.

You will work with a data-driven team in a hybrid setup, collaborating with principal consultants and project managers to deliver robust data platforms and end-to-end components for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computing or data-related field.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record designing and building modern data platforms.
• Hands-on Snowflake database objects and data pipelines experience.
• 5+ years in data engineering with Python/SQL and orchestration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of large-scale data platform and BI solutions.
• Design, implement and own end-to-end data platform components.
• Gather requirements through workshops with stakeholders.
• Develop and optimize data models, transformations, and objects in Snowflake.
• Troubleshoot data pipelines and ensure timely delivery of data.
• Build, support and enhance workflow orchestration with Airflow.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and DevOps practices.
• Perform performance tuning on data warehouse solutions.
• Provide documentation, user training and knowledge transfer.
• Manage development lifecycle with source control tools.
